UCHealth is seeking a remote, full-time role in Colorado for the Central Access Support Team. The position offers an hourly pay range and requires a high school diploma with a preference for a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Pay: $28.26 - $42.39 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is a remote role.

Summary

• Provides recommendations for operations across the division and assists in managing projects and their lifecycles as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Supports in providing consultative services by aiding in developing project scope, deliverables, and assisting in project implementation. Contributes to controlling resources, risk, conflicts, timelines, and costs.
• Assists in engaging with stakeholders to comprehend current processes and aids in optimizing workflows. Supports the identification, securing, and coordination of resources necessary for project success.
• Contributes to the creation of standardized processes and workflows viable across the region.
• Participates in designing, implementing, and optimizing decision trees, templates, and operational workflows to meet organizational objectives.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
