The Project on Workforce at the Harvard Kennedy School seeks a highly organized, collaborative Operations & Community Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and foster engagement across researchers, students, practitioners, alumni, and advisors. Based at the Mossavar-Rahmani Center, the role combines administrative, financial, and event coordination duties.

You will manage scheduling, vendor relations, and research project coordination, with a focus on education and workforce challenges.

Formación

• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support financial administration, including expense tracking, reimbursements, purchasing, and reporting.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, contracts, and services, in collaboration with Project leadership.
• Maintain organizational systems and processes to support research and engagement activities.
• Coordinate meetings and events with Project on Workforce partners and stakeholders.
• Assist with scheduling and administrative activities for Project leadership, as needed.
