Job summary

Entegris, Inc. seeks an Operations Co-Op in Hillsboro, OR for the Spring 2027 season, a 6-month assignment. You will partner with production teams to support daily manufacturing operations and drive continuous improvement.

The role focuses on leadership development, safety, quality, productivity, and operational excellence within CMP Polishing Pads manufacturing, with cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Must be available to work 40 hours/week, January through June.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Power BI is a plus but not required.
• Must meet university requirements to participate in a co-op program.

Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
• Analyze operational performance metrics related to safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and operators to identify and implement process improvements.
• Participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions for quality or safety issues.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards, visual management tools, and performance reporting.
• Present project findings and business cases to site leadership.
