County Prestress in Roberts, Wisconsin is seeking a Batch Plant Operator to support daily production at the Roberts plant. The role emphasizes keeping equipment clean, performing maintenance, and aligning batches with the production schedule.

Job description

We are seeking a Batch Plant Operator for County Prestress in Roberts, Wisconsin

Job Duties:

• Ensures machine is kept clean and well maintained at all times
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting the machine as needed
• Work closely with Plant Supervisor making sure that all concrete batches produced in alinement with the production schedule.
• General understanding of manufacturing processes
• Good math skills - Attention to detail

Work Environment:

• Work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions, including extreme hot or cold temperatures
• Work near moving machinery and equipment - could include electrical hazards
• Work in confined spaces
• Work in a noisy environment
