Job summary

Staffmark in Greer, SC is hiring an Operations Associate to help keep production running smoothly. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm with a pay rate of $13.00 per hour, and it focuses on producing orders, maintaining safety, and supporting daily production goals.

You will follow standard operating procedures, monitor quality, log production records, and be open to cross-training across departments as business needs change.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
• Experience operating production equipment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Produce orders by following established standard operating procedures
• Communicate delays or problems that may keep a specific order from being completed
• Ensure quality standards as defined by the organization are maintained during production
• Confirm orders are accurate for quantities, placement locations, and garment types
• Maintain daily production records
• Follow preventative maintenance procedures
• Be open to cross-training and working in other departments as business needs change
