Responsibilities

• Maintain data accuracy across dashboards, resident information, and property performance records.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize SOPs, process maps, and standard workflows.
• Analyze process gaps and propose efficiency improvements for realtime decision‑making.
• Provide executive and administrative support: scheduling, reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with property operations, marketing, maintenance, and accounting teams.
