Gopuff is looking for Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs play a vital role that requires drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm. Responsibilities include picking, packing, receiving products, and working with partner drivers.

Customers turn to Gopuff for their everyday essentials, day or night. We are building a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers to reshape retail faster than ever. Bonus if you like snacks!

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack items for dispatch
• Receive and unpack pallets, ensure inventory accuracy, and resolve discrepancies
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders
• Keep the facility clean and organized
• Manage waste and spoilage following FIFO practices
• Contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items
• Handle, scan, and move products safely
• Stand, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and walk during shifts
• Use carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move products
• Handle products containing tobacco, nicotine, or alcohol
• Work in freezer locations periodically
• Walk several flights of stairs as needed

Additional responsibilities related to food and beverage preparation, packaging, and kitchen organization are also included.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in restaurant or retail (preferred but not required)
• Flexible schedule, including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd)
• Basic knowledge of web-based applications (e.g., Google G-Suite)
• Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
• Availability for flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay:

• Pay varies by location and market conditions. For Philadelphia, PA, the range is $14.60/hr.
