Job summary

Sephora Woodbury Lakes store in Minnesota is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations, manage inventory, and maintain Sephora standards. This hourly, part-time role requires reliability and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will assist with visual merchandising, help execute promotions, and work with a collaborative team to create a welcoming environment for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
• Assist with visual merchandisingEnsure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution
• Deliver exceptional serviceSupport the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered
• Uphold Sephora standards Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
