Sephora is hiring an Operations Associate at our Tallahassee store. You will support daily operations, manage inventory and fulfillment, and assist with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora’s brand.

You will deliver exceptional client experiences and help the team reach sales goals in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 1–2 years in a similar setting, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge.
• Ability to support outstanding client service.

Responsabilités

• Support daily store operations, including inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment and maintaining operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups; execute events.
• Deliver exceptional service and help the team achieve sales goals.
