Job summary

Sephora Tacoma is seeking an Operations Associate to help run store operations, manage inventory and merchandise visuals, and support a superior client experience. The role requires 1–2 years in retail or a client-focused setting with strong organizational and communication skills.

You’ll work in a team environment, assisting customers and colleagues to hit sales goals. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected. Physical lifting up to 50 pounds is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
• Assist with visual merchandisingEnsure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution
• Deliver exceptional serviceSupport the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered
• Uphold Sephora standards Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
