Sephora at GA-Twelve Oaks Savannah is seeking an Operations Associate to keep daily store operations smooth and support an exceptional client experience.

You will manage inventory, stock replenishment, merchandising, and help deliver outstanding service while meeting sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

$16.60 - $19.30/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including relevant qualifications and experience; and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position and/or geographic location.
