Sephora in Santa Clara is seeking an Operations Associate to be the backbone of the store, overseeing inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to ensure a seamless client experience.

You will support daily operations, help execute promotions, assist clients, and promote teamwork while upholding Sephora standards. The role offers flexible scheduling with Part Time 15-29 hrs/week and Flex as needed, plus hourly pay between $22.60 and $26.00 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
