Job summary

Sephora is hiring an Operations Associate at the Knoxville store to support daily operations, manage inventory, and assist with visual merchandising. You will help deliver exceptional client experiences and contribute to sales goals in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires 1-2 years in retail or similar environments, strong organization, and excellent communication. Part-time, on-site with flexible scheduling to cover nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
• Assist with visual merchandisingEnsure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution
• Deliver exceptional serviceSupport the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance
