Job summary

Sephora Coralville is seeking an Operations Associate to keep store operations smooth and support an exceptional client experience. You will manage inventory, assist with stock replenishment, and help with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora's brand.

The role requires 1–2 years in a retail or client-focused environment, strong organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to work nights, weekends, or holidays.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance
