Sephora at Promenade Shops at Clifton is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations and inventory management. You will assist with visual merchandising and promotional events to reflect Sephora’s brand, while delivering exceptional client service and sales support.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

• $21.75 - $24.88/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including relevant qualifications and experience; and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position and/or geographic location.
