Job summary

Sephora in Tempe is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations and inventory management. You will assist with visual merchandising and drive exceptional client experiences while helping the team meet sales goals.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail or similar settings, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a Full-Time, hourly position in Tempe, AZ.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance
