Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. at IL-Deer Park (0220) is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations, including inventory management and merchandising.

The position is hourly, with flexible scheduling and non-exempt status, located at the Deer Park, IL store. You will contribute to delivering an exceptional client experience, assist with stock replenishment, and help sustain Sephora’s brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards


• Assist with visual merchandisingEnsure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution


• Deliver exceptional serviceSupport the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals


• Foster inclusivity and teamwork Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered


• Uphold Sephora standards Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability
