Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates, Baristas to join our team in Albany, CA. This role blends operating excellence with food and beverage prep to ensure accurate, high-quality orders. You'll prepare handcrafted beverages, manage inventory, and keep the facility organized.

You will restock shelves, pack and stage orders, and support inbound deliveries. The job requires adaptability and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, with training to uphold safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in food service, retail, or operations preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 49 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Welcoming and collaborative team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality Starbucks beverages and food items following recipes and standards.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of all packaged items staged for delivery.
• Receive, unpack, and replenish deliveries and verify inventory.
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with speed and precision.
• Maintain cleanliness across kitchen, café, and facility spaces.
• Follow FIFO and mindful preparation practices to manage waste.
• Monitor temperature-sensitive items per food safety standards.
• Complete cleaning tasks as outlined in best practices.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks, and dollies; handle and move product.
• Work across multiple floors and environments, including freezers.
• Complete Starbucks training and uphold safety/compliance standards.
• Support inbound deliveries and other duties as needed.
