Job Overview

We're looking for someone who notices the discrepancy nobody else caught, takes genuine pride in getting the details right, and still wants to be close to the action in one of the most fast-moving corners of financial markets. This is a hands-on operations role at a crypto-native hedge fund. You'll be a core part of the team responsible for executing our operational workflows — trade lifecycle, digital asset operations, reconciliations, and more. You'll report into the COO team and work closely with trading, technology, and compliance.

Middle & Back Office Operations

  • Execute post-trade processes including daily reconciliations, margin management, collateral monitoring, and trade settlements
