Job summary

Poseidon Aerospace in San Francisco is seeking an Operations Associate to keep a fast-moving aerospace startup running efficiently. You'll work with the Business Operations Manager and across teams to handle day-to-day operational work enabling engineering and manufacturing to move quickly.

The role is hands-on with high ownership; you may coordinate shipments, streamline internal processes, and solve unexpected problems at test sites.

Poseidon Aerospace is looking for an Operations Associate to join our team and help keep a fast-moving aerospace startup running efficiently. You’ll work directly with our Business Operations Manager and across the broader company, taking on the day-to‑day operational work that enables our engineering and manufacturing teams to move quickly.

This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, figuring things out, and making things happen. The work will be varied. You might be coordinating a shipment one day, improving an internal process the next, and helping solve an unexpected operational problem at a test site the day after that.
