As a Grain Operations Associate specializing in grain operations, you will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of grain. Your responsibilities will include operating equipment, maintaining facilities, assisting with inventory management, and providing excellent service to our farmer-owners and customers. This role will be traveling to locations to support operations and maintain housekeeping duties.
This position requires the safe operation of a motor vehicle to perform the essential functions of the job. The employee must meet the qualifications set forth in the company’s vehicle safety policy. Failure to meet these qualifications could result in removal from this position.
