Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with all operational tasks delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations
• Supporting hiring, training, and development of store associates
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager
• Protecting store assets, including cash, and adhering to safety policies
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers, employees, and supervisors
• Managing store areas to company standards, including recovery and stockroom management
• Providing supervisory oversight for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent
• Processing store directives and communications related to store activities
• Assisting with receipt, return, and management of DSD merchandise
• Supporting staffing, sales effectiveness, cash handling, and merchandising efforts
• Managing store supplies, expenses, and promotional displays
• Refilling coolers and displays daily
• Assisting with scheduling and store supply management

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and transport merchandise up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment
