Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with all operational tasks within the store as delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
• Helping with hiring, training, and development of store associates.
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protecting and securing all company assets, including store cash.
• Maintaining a professional and friendly environment for customers and staff.
• Keeping store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• Taking supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Processing corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Managing receipt and return of merchandise and ensuring proper staffing and sales floor management.
• Overseeing cashiering activities and maintaining store displays and signage.
• Assisting with store supplies, expense control, and merchandising.
• Refilling coolers and program racks/displays daily.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Preferred prior retail and management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift, bend, and transport merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
