Reyes Holdings is seeking an Operations Assistant in Ohio, with a 1st Shift schedule (Wednesday-Saturday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM). The role focuses on administrative tasks, order processing, shipping tracking, and supporting leadership with reports.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• The Operations Assistant performs general administrative tasks, including processing orders, producing and reconciling shipping, delivery, and service performance tracking.
• Provide confidential administrative support to leadership, general clerical duties, and collect and prepare information for various operational reports.
• Interactions with internal and external customers and collaboration with multiple teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
