Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is hiring an Operations Assistant to join our Milwaukee team. This full-time role supports general administrative tasks, processes orders, and tracks shipping, delivery, and service performance to ensure efficient operations.

You’ll provide confidential support to leadership, perform general clerical duties, and prepare information for operational reports while collaborating with multiple internal and external teams. Mon-Fri, 2:30pm start.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 0–2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and reconcile shipping, delivery, and service performance.
• Provide confidential administrative support to leadership and prepare operational reports.
• Interact with internal and external customers and collaborate with multiple teams.

Position Responsibilities:

• The Operations Assistant performs general administrative tasks, including processing orders, producing and reconciling shipping, delivery, and service performance tracking
• Provide confidential administrative support to leadership, general clerical duties, and collect and prepare information for various operational reports
• Operations Assistants are responsible for interacting with internal and external customers as well as collaborating with multiple teams
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience
