Job summary

Roadrunner is seeking a proactive operations associate to drive load visibility, coordinate deliveries, and maintain documentation across our Milwaukee hub. You will manage driver paperwork, IFTA and compliance materials, and coordinate with brokers for non-service point returns.

This position emphasizes accuracy and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Onsite in Milwaukee, WI, with a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with data entry and imaging tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute administrative workflows including driver documentation and compliance records.

Drive operational coordination and load visibilityTrack outbound loads daily and ensure system updates are accurate and timelyProactively communicate delays to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders before 11 AMMonitor pickup schedules and investigate loads that have not departed by 10 AMEscalate operational risks and delays to Linehaul and leadership with clear context2. Execute administrative and documentation workflowsManage driver documentation, including IC paperwork, plates, IFTA, and compliance materialsCollect and route maintenance records to Safety to ensure compliance standards are metManifest inbound and outbound freight, ensuring documentation accuracy across systemsFile and maintain exception reports and operational records3. Support delivery execution and customer commitmentsSchedule delivery appointments, including direct deliveries and divertsCoordinate redeliveries and obtain ACR (Additional Charge Request) authorizationEnter ACRs into systems with precision to ensure financial and operational alignmentPartner with brokers to secure rates for non-service point returns4.
