Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Durham, NC is seeking a shift production leader to support daily operations and coach teams responsible for oral finished production. You will help remove barriers and ensure processes run smoothly.

Reporting to the Manager, you will act as a process advocate, coordinate with Work Cell Leaders, mentor team members, and verify that operators understand and follow procedures to drive reliable manufacturing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical or GMP manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to lead shift operations and mentor teams.
• Strong focus on process adherence and safety.

Responsibilities

• Act as a process advocate and coordinate daily schedule with Work Cell Leaders.
• Coach and mentor team members on oral finished production and mindset.
• Visualize and track events and actions to ensure targets are met.
• Verify operators understand and follow procedures and that solutions are shared across shifts.
