The impact you’ll make in this role

• Process customer orders accurately from email and phone requests, meeting KPI expectations of processing all orders within 24 business hours.
• Communicate order status, inventory availability, pricing, and shipping updates to internal teams and external customers to ensure ontime fulfillment.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and external partners to resolve order or inventory issues efficiently, escalating as needed.
• Manage inventory accuracy, including HQ inventory oversight, replenishment for the sales team, and completion of monthly field reconciliations.
• Streamline operational processes, support special projects as assigned, and deliver high‑quality customer service to B2B clients to ensure satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED AND 2 years of sale support or data/order entry experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

In this role, you may be required to enter healthcare or other third-party facilities. Pay Transparency

Applicable to US Applicants Only: The base salary for this position is $24 - $26/hour plus quarterly and annual bonus opportunities based on role eligibility and performance. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
