Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Work closely with maintenance teams and operations to schedule and execute maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Prepare reports on plant performance, maintenance activities, and compliance metrics for management review.
• Diagnose and resolve operational issues, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the plant.
• Develop and implement training programs for operators to ensure they are proficient in their roles.
• Prioritize safety in all aspects of plant operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and any incidents or issues that arise.
• Effectively communicate with operators, maintenance personnel, and management, providing timely updates and information.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.

The Plant process includes numerous motor driven compressors, Blowers, pumps and ambient oil and gas coolers. Process also includes several media filled process vessels, valves, Chiller, filter systems and various gas analyzer and monitoring equipment. The plant is operated 24/7/365 to provide processed HBTU gas to a utility pipeline. The individual would be required to work an 8 hour a day weekly shift plus after hours and weekend callout responsibilities as required.
