Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Business Operations Analysis Advisor to support inspection programs, data analysis, and continuous improvement across Transmission and Distribution operations in California. You will help lead analytics, develop dashboards, and ensure regulatory compliance while managing budgets and resources.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, safety culture, and adoption of new tools and workflows.

Qualifications

Seven or more years of experience in business operations analysis.
Advanced experience with inspections, including overhead and aerial inspections.
Proficient with SAP and SAS creating notifications and data handling.
Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, GIS and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

Improves the delivery of analytical support to an Operating Unit and/or the enterprise.
Provides advice to stakeholders, presenting analytical findings and recommendations.
Identifies and improves operational processes and reporting dashboards.
Collects and analyzes data to present findings and guide decisions.
Develops models to inform decisions on emerging technology investments.
Improves business plans scenarios to reach objectives.
Verifies processes align with rules, laws, and industry standards to mitigate risk.
