Job summary

TD Securities (USA) LLC in Lake Mary, FL is seeking a junior operations professional to contribute to daily settlement of US broker-dealer transactions. You will work with a team to mitigate risk, resolve breaks, and learn across business flows.

Ideal candidate has BS/BA and up to 3 years of experience, proficiency in Office 365 (Excel/Outlook), and strong communication, time management, and detail orientation.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

• BS/BA degree and/or 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of Broker Dealer Operations with a focus on Equity Transactions.
• DTCC Broadridge Systems –BPS Fail Management Books and Records.
• Proficient in Office 365 suite including Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to identify, escape, and resolve problems/issues.
• Ability to communicate professionally through effective verbal and written skills.
• Demonstrates efficient time management skills and critical thinking.
• Demonstrates organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
