Uline is offering a paid Operations Analyst Internship for Summer 2027 at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will work on real business challenges, analyze data, and see your recommendations impact operations.

Students pursuing a Bachelor's degree will gain hands-on experience and mentorship while earning competitive pay throughout the 12-week program. You will partner with multiple departments, learn analytical tools like SQL and Power BI, and present findings to partners

Position Responsibilities

• Analyze business reports and processes to uncover insights and opportunities to improve performance.

• Partner with a variety of departments to gain whole business knowledge and develop recommendations that ensure efficient operations.

• Learn how to use analytical tools, including SQL and Power BI, to pull and organize data for reports and special projects.

• Present your insights and recommendations to business partners and executive leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• This full-time, 12-week internship is open to students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.

• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong Microsoft skills, with experience in SQL or other analytical tools preferred.

• Strong work ethic, critical thinking and eagerness to learn.
