Job summary

CertifyOS is seeking a detail-oriented Research Specialist to support provider licensure and continuing medical education (CME) processes in the US. You will research, interpret, and evaluate information, complete credentialing applications for Certify customers, and ensure data on the credentialing platform is accurate.

You will communicate with providers and clients via email to gather missing information and translate research into clear guideline documents for internal use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace tools.
• Ability to manage substantial research workloads with precision and care.

About the role:

• Complete applications for provider credentials, licensure, or payor enrollment on behalf of Certify customers
• Validate and authenticate information updated on the credentialing/licensing platform with 100% accuracy
• Interact with providers and clients over email whenever additional information is required
• Summarize research findings and draft them into clear guideline documents

• Handling high-volume research tasks using Google and web resources with meticulous attention to detail
• Reviewing and verifying data entered into credentialing and licensing systems to ensure complete accuracy
• Communicating with healthcare providers and clients via email to gather missing or clarified information
• Translating complex research into well-organized, accessible documentation for internal and external use
