Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an Operations Analyst to join the Product Service Division as a remote employee based in Maryland. You will design SOPs to boost productivity, support project initiatives, and deliver training to team members on operational processes.

This role focuses on developing efficient workflows, conducting financial analyses, and managing order processing and fulfillment with SAP/TCIC, Excel, and Power BI. Up to 20% travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer service or operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to lead meetings and deliver presentations.
  • Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Power BI experience.
  • Experience with SAP/TCIC systems.
  • Willing to travel up to 20%.

As a Operations Analyst you’ll be part of our Product Service Division team working as a remote employee in Maryland. You’ll get to:

The Salary range for this position is $45,700.00 - $73,600.00
