Job summary

Truwear Limited in Lehi, Utah is seeking an analyst to turn operations data into decisions. You will build and run reporting on on-time delivery, lead times, accuracy, and cost per unit, and you will track vendor and factory performance.

You will work across sourcing, production, the warehouse, and finance, bringing answers, not just charts. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in operations or business analysis, strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, and familiarity with SQL or BI tools.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in operations, supply chain, logistics, or business analysis.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• SQL or BI tools are a plus.
• Clear writing and the ability to explain numbers simply.

Responsibilities

• Build and run operations reporting: on-time delivery, lead times, accuracy, and cost per unit.
• Track vendor and factory performance and keep the factory scorecard current.
• Analyze PO costs, freight, and landed cost, and flag margin leaks early.
• Identify bottlenecks, quantify them, and assign owners and dates.

Job description

Operations and sourcing finds the right blanks, factories, and vendors, keeps product moving to our dock, and measures how well all of it works. We negotiate with facts and fix problems before they become late orders.

You turn our operations data into decisions. Which vendors are performing, where we lose time and margin, what to source where, and what to fix first. You work across sourcing, production, the warehouse, and finance, and you bring answers, not just charts.

What you will do

• Build and run operations reporting: on-time delivery, lead times, accuracy, and cost per unit.
• Track vendor and factory performance and keep the factory scorecard current.
• Analyze PO costs, freight, and landed cost, and flag margin leaks early.
• Find the bottlenecks, put a number on them, and bring a fix with an owner and a date.

What we expect

• Weekly KPI numbers on time, every week, no reminders.
• Every figure traces to a source.
• Problems come with data and a recommendation.
• Reports come from the system, not a spreadsheet rebuilt by hand.

What you bring
