Job summary

Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation seeks an Operations Analyst to support a U.S. Army customer. You will plan, coordinate, and synchronize daily operations across the enterprise, enabling the organization’s mission and battle rhythm.

You will ensure tasks are tracked and aligned with Army priorities while collaborating with higher headquarters. Qualified candidates hold a BS/BA and have Army operations experience; DoD Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree required.
• 4 years of Army operations experience preferable in aviation, missile, or test/evaluation organizations.
• Must have an in-scope DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and synchronize daily operations across the organization.
• Support execution of the Army's operational battle rhythm and ensure taskings are tracked, staffed, and completed.

In this role, you will enable the organization’s operational mission by planning, coordinating, and synchronizing daily operations across the enterprise. You will support the execution of the organization’s operational battle rhythm and ensure taskings are tracked, staffed, and completed in alignment with Army priorities. To be successful, you will leverage your knowledge of Army operations, staff processes, and mission synchronization to integrate efforts across the organization and higher headquarters. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, and a strong commitment to mission readiness and enterprise integration.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree 4 years of relevant Army operations experience preferable in aviation, missile, or test/evaluation organizations
• Familiarity with Army operational planning, tasking processes, and staff synchronization
• Must have an in-scope DoW Secret security clearance
