Job summary

Coho Consulting Group is seeking an Operations Analyst to support the SOCOM Information Environment at Fort Bragg, NC. You will analyze organizational metrics, support strategic planning, and drive process improvements across the enterprise to enhance mission effectiveness.

Successful candidates will hold an active Top-Secret clearance, and bring strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with experience supporting DoD or Federal programs.

The Operations Analyst will assist Government leadership by analyzing organizational metrics, evaluating operational performance, identifying process improvements, and supporting strategic planning efforts that enhance mission effectiveness across the enterprise.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Analyze organizational performance and operational metrics.
• Support development of strategic plans and operational initiatives.
• Research industry best practices and recommend process improvements.
