Job summary

The Exchange seeks a seasoned logistics professional to manage and direct the daily activities of multiple operations functions at our Dallas HQ. You will drive improvements in productivity, quality, and the timely delivery of products and services by implementing clear policies and procedures.

This leadership role requires a track record in supply chain management, the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and a commitment to onsite operations in Dallas, Texas.

Qualifications

• Five years of supply chain management experience including at least two years of logistics/transportation experience.
• Or a Bachelor's degree and three years of supply chain management experience which includes at least one year of logistics/transportation experience.
• Or completion of Logistics College Trainee Program with two years of logistics management experience.

Responsibilities

• Makes recommendations to improve productivity and quality of product.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures.
• Establishes and refines procedures by working with internal and external sources to logistics.
• Implements plans, policies, and procedures for use in all logistics operations to include receiving, shipping, storage, and inventory control.
