Position Overview:

As an Operations Analyst, you will play a vital role on SunVest’s Operations team, ensuring the successful delivery of renewable energy projects. The Operations team engages in all phases of the project life cycle, from mid‑stage development to commissioning and long‑term operations and maintenance of the project, with a focus on safety, timeliness, budget adherence, and quality.

In this role, you will join a team of fellow Operations Analysts who assist the:

  • Engineering Team with site layouts and preliminary designs;
  • Pre‑Construction Team with project cost estimates, permitting, and project tracking;
  • Construction Team with construction management, submittals, requests for information, and site visits;
  • Asset Management Team with site monitoring, performance testing, and dispatching maintenance technicians; and
  • Operations Leadership Team with tracking Key Performance Indicators.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related field from an ABET‑accredited program (or equivalent work experience).

The salary range for this role reflects the broad array of factors considered in making compensation decisions. These factors include, but are not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications, as well as other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $60,000-$85,000. At SunVest, it is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, as compensation decisions are tailored to the specifics of each case.
