Southwest Airlines is seeking Operations Agent at KOA (Hawaii) to help flights take off safely and on time. You will assist customers boarding, verify flight details, and coordinate with Ramp, Operations, Provisioning and other airport teams to keep flights on schedule.
The role offers $21.01 per hour with overtime opportunities and access to a robust benefits program including health insurance, retirement savings with company match, and a profit-sharing possibility.

This role is part of a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), which means pay, schedules, and other job details are set through an agreement with the labor union.
Work schedules are based on seniority and may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. There may be times when mandatory overtime is required to support flight op erations, but there are also op portunities to trade shifts and find a schedule that works for you.
