Pacific Life Insurance Company is seeking an OAM Specialist/Analyst to join the Life OAM team. This hybrid role supports a block of financial professionals, handles complex inquiries, and ensures accurate, timely resolutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates will have FINRA SIE and Series 6/7, 2+ years in CMD Operations, and a 4-year degree or equivalent experience. Strong communication, relationship-management, and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE and Series 6 or 7 registrations required at time of application.
• 2+ years CMD Operations experience focused on communication and service with customers.
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of CMD annuity and/or life products and operations processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor status of issue resolution; communicate outcomes to requestors.
• Provide consultations for first-time/complex business to ensure NIGO resolution.
• Develop and nurture relationships with internal/external partners for high-quality service.

You will be assigned a block of insurance firms to directly support and cultivate relationships that maintain high trust and growth opportunities within the life insurance market. FINRA SIE and Series 6 or 7 registrations are required for this role.How you’ll help move us forward:Consistently meets standards for quality and efficiency of call/email/correspondence handling for assigned financial professionals and firms.Uses good diagnostic skills to clearly identify customer’s core issues and anticipate needs.Ability to clearly explain rationale behind procedures or requests.Analyzes escalated case submissions by thoroughly reviewing all necessary resources.Proactively monitors status of issue resolution and ensures processing is completed correctly.
