Leidos, a leading government contractor, is seeking Operations Advisors for a major Intelligence Program in Northern Virginia. Roles span 1–20+ years of experience and require TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance; level and compensation vary after in-person meetings.

Responsibilities include briefings to customer management, operational analysis, and risk management, with duties performed at client sites. Pay range is provided as a general guideline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated success briefing senior leadership.
• Strong writing and briefing style ability under deadlines.
• Ability to work across Intelligence Community or US agencies.
• Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough and knowledgeable briefings on analysis to customer management.
• Support a wide range of operational and programmatic activities.
• Write products clearly under tight deadlines.
• Plan, organize, and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• Travel to client sites as required.
