Job summary

SIXT is seeking an Operational Support Associate in Tampa Downtown to drive exceptional rental experiences, support fleet logistics, and boost sales through knowledgeable vehicle options and add-ons.

You will oversee fleet readiness, inventory coordination, and service-partner collaboration while maintaining high service standards across shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Sales and communication skills drive performance-based incentives.
• Strong background in customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to manage logistics, scheduling, and documentation with basic computer proficiency.
• Team-oriented approach with adaptability to changing business needs.
• Must be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in the U.S., and have a valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• You deliver exceptional rental experiences by guiding customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons while maximizing sales opportunities.
• You support customers throughout their rental journey, ensuring satisfaction, collecting feedback, and maintaining high service standards.
• You oversee fleet operations, including vehicle readiness, inventory management, coordination with service partners, and preparation for rental or disposal.
• You ensure vehicle cleanliness, perform routine checks, and assist with driving and staging to maintain fleet efficiency and presentation.
• You maintain accurate records of inventory, service updates, and customer interactions while collaborating across teams to support daily operations and planning.

You’ll interact with customers face-to-face, manage vehicle readiness and movement, and ensure each rental experience is smooth, efficient, and memorable.
