Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a Junior Infrastructure Operational Strategies Specialist to help develop, advance, and sustain secure mission infrastructure for US Space Force and partners. You will work with teams to plan, execute, and sustain complex systems across ground, near-space, and space environments.

The role requires TS/SCI eligibility, 10+ years of related experience, and the ability to coordinate with government security and defense contractors.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree and TS/SCI clearance.
• Over 10 years of experience aligning operational strategies with acquisition goals.
• Experience in planning, execution, and sustainment of secure weapon systems and mission infrastructure.
• Experience with audits, performance reviews, and fraud/waste/abuse detection.
• Experience with data gathering and reporting, including financial and non-financial data.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational insight to support mission protection, operations, and mission data assessments.
• Recommend viable solutions for technical anomalies.
• Develop, deliver, review, and evaluate impact analysis, audits, studies, compliance inspections, and readiness reviews.
• Provide on-site support at defense contractors' facilities to support contract tasks.
• Assist Government on planning and coordinating infrastructure projects and requirements.
• Operate and maintain already built and accredited SCI Facility (SCIF)/SAP Facility (SAP-F) for use by Government and Contractor personnel.
• Operate and maintain an environment with direct connection to multi-level data services (including the Unified Data Library access and National Space Defense Center access).
• Maintain an accredited SAPF and IT infrastructure including network bandwidth to access near-real time classified opeational and experimental data feeds and high-performance processing.
• Advise the Government on security documentation and coordinate with the IC, DoW, and security agent staffs. This includes assisting in completing IC facility accreditation or co-use approvals, individual program access approvals, and review of security program plans.
