Job summary

CleanTech Talent is seeking a hands-on GTM Ops leader in Washington with a strong background in Sales Ops, RevOps or GTM Ops within B2B tech. You will own the revenue tech stack, drive forecasting accuracy, and build scalable processes across Sales, Marketing and Finance.

The role requires hands-on work in Salesforce and HubSpot, plus a track record of modernizing tech stacks and enabling teams. You will establish governance, optimize the CRM, lead KPI reporting, and partner with executives to

Qualifications

  • Around 10 years in Sales Ops, RevOps or GTM Ops within B2B technology.
  • Experience with SaaS or DaaS recurring revenue models and the KPIs that come with them.
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce and HubSpot experience.
  • A track record of building or overhauling a sales and marketing tech stack.
  • Ownership of forecasting and pipeline reporting, and accountability for accuracy.
  • Practical experience with automation, and ideally AI tools, in a revenue team.
  • Confidence working with senior sales, finance and exec stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Setting up a consistent way of running sales across regions, covering both commercial and government deals.
  • Agreeing pipeline stages and qualification rules, and making sure people stick to them.
  • Keeping the CRM clean and the reporting consistent.
  • Owning Salesforce, HubSpot and the wider sales and marketing toolset.
  • Building a roadmap for where the stack goes next.
  • Automating the manual jobs that slow people down, and bringing in AI tools where they genuinely help.
  • Working with IT and engineering on integrations.
  • Running the forecast and improving its accuracy quarter by quarter.
  • Building dashboards for sales leadership and the exec team.
  • Flagging risks early and giving Finance the numbers they need for planning.
  • Running weekly pipeline reviews, monthly performance reviews and QBRs.
  • Pulling together insight for exec and board discussions.
  • Putting together training on CRM use, pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Helping new sales hires get up to speed quickly.
  • Making sure the team is using collateral and messaging properly in front of customers.

Washington, United States - Hybrid (3 days per week in office)

$145,000 - $170,000 USD base + annual equity eligibility + benefits

THE OPPORTUNITY

The organisation provides space-based data, analytics and services to commercial and government customers worldwide, operating on SaaS and Data-as-a-Service recurring revenue models. As they scale, they need a hands‑on operational leader to turn their Go-To-Market strategy into reliable, measurable execution.

This role sits within the GTM leadership team and acts as the central operational partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and Customer Success. You will own the revenue technology stack, pipeline visibility, forecasting and the performance cadence that leadership relies on to make fast, confident decisions. It is a high‑ownership position where success is measured by sales efficiency, forecast accuracy and operational scalability.

This is a hands‑on job. You'll set the direction, but you'll also be in Salesforce and HubSpot yourself, building the reports and fixing the workflows.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Process and governance

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You've spent a good part of your career in Sales Ops, RevOps or GTM Ops, ideally in B2B tech with a SaaS or data‑as‑service model. You're comfortable in a room with the CRO or CFO, and you're just as comfortable building the report yourself.

  • Around 10 years in Sales Ops, RevOps or GTM Ops within B2B technology
  • Experience with SaaS or DaaS recurring revenue models and the KPIs that come with them
  • Strong hands‑on Salesforce and HubSpot experience
  • A track record of building or overhauling a sales and marketing tech stack
  • Ownership of forecasting and pipeline reporting, and accountability for accuracy
  • Practical experience with automation, and ideally AI tools, in a revenue team
  • Confidence working with senior sales, finance and exec stakeholders
Nice to have
  • Experience supporting government or public sector sales
  • A background in space, geospatial, data or deep tech
  • Experience building a sales training programme from scratch
