Green Key Resources is seeking a proactive, analytical Operational Risk – Assistant Manager to join our Operational Risk Management team. This role focuses on identifying and mitigating operational risk across the organization while partnering with business leaders to strengthen controls.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in operational risk, internal audit, enterprise risk management, or related discipline.
• Experience in financial services, banking, asset management, insurance, or other regulated industries is preferred.

• Execute and facilitate risk management activities, including risk and control assessments, control documentation, testing, issue management, and remediation tracking.
• Coordinate SOC 1 audit processes and oversight of external auditors and management of quarterly bridge letter activities.

We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and highly organized Operational Risk – Assistant Manager to join our Operational Risk Management team. The Operational Risk – Assistant Manager will play a key role in identifying and mitigating operational risk across the organization while partnering with business leaders to enhance internal controls, improve processes, and support strategic risk initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Execute and facilitate operational risk management activities, including risk and control assessments, control documentation, testing, issue management, and remediation tracking.
• Evaluate operational risks across business functions and recommend practical, risk-based solutions to strengthen controls and improve operational resilience.
• Monitor changes in the organization's business activities and risk profile, identifying emerging risks and recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance operational risk policies, procedures, and governance documentation.
• Analyze operational risk events, identify root causes, and partner with stakeholders to implement sustainable corrective actions.

Project & Program Management

• Lead cross-functional operational risk initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Develop detailed project plans, establish milestones, manage dependencies, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Coordinate with business partners across multiple departments to drive successful implementation of risk management initiatives.
• Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.

Governance, Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare timely and accurate operational risk reporting for executive leadership and other internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate the annual SOC 1 audit process, including oversight of external auditors and management of quarterly bridge letter activities.
• Support the organization's corporate insurance program, including policy administration, risk assessments, and renewal activities.
• Evaluate changes in business operations and recommend enhancements to the global insurance program as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in operational risk, internal audit, external audit, enterprise risk management, or a related discipline.
• Experience within financial services, banking, asset management, insurance, or other regulated industries is preferred but not required.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
