The operational excellence specialist will focus on using the data to create and lead projects that lead to transformationalchangeacross various departments. The role requires a strong emphasis on analyzing production costs to identify areas for cost reduction and driving continuous improvements. Theoperational excellence specialistwill support the team in making data-driven decisions that optimize production processes, enhance overall performance, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs). Sharing data-driven insights, lean principles, and best practices with team members to continue to foster our culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
