  • Champion common operational standards and proven methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, dashboards and metrics, Manage for Daily Improvement, Monthly Business Reviews, Strategy Deployment Planning, and productivity/P&L business case evaluation.

  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in a sterile manufacturing environment, operations, or supply chain business unit within pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Global and/or domestic transformation experience across multiple sites, regions, or business units.
  • Demonstrated success leading and managing complex projects and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Global travel is required as needed.
Preferred
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification.
  • Proven ability to develop business cases and connect operational performance metrics to financial outcomes.
  • Experience in operating with autonomy in a decentralized, matrixed environment while influencing across functions, sites, and leadership levels.
  • Strong executive communication, facilitation, and change management skills, with experience leading and motivating globally dispersed, multi‑cultural teams.
