• Manage approved process‑improvement initiatives from intake through post‑implementation review.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities; develop practical recommendations within priorities.
• Define and track implementation measures, cost or time savings, and report status to management.
• Maintain initiative inventories, schedules, and governance documentation.
• Support programming and AI agent development as part of process improvements.
• Administer risk and control routines, and coordinate with compliance functions.
