Framatome is seeking an Operational Excellence Planner in Richland, WA to develop and maintain project schedules, support work breakdown structures, and coordinate with IT on scheduling tools. The role emphasizes timely reporting and data-driven analysis within a project management framework.

• Participates on project teams providing valued project data and analysis.
• Generates accurate, timely reports and schedules for management.
• Recommends and develops scheduling process improvements.

What You'll Do Day-To-Day

• Develops and maintains current project schedules, schedule status and analysis with appropriate software.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives - Support/Facilitates: Flash Meetings, A3 Projects, FMEA (and other Quality Tools), Performance Plans, Voice of the Customer, 8D Event Resolution, Visual Management Meetings

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Minimum of 0 years of related experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
• Basic understanding of planning and scheduling concepts.
• Basic communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey detailed technical data.

Total Rewards Package

• Salary: $30.40 - $39.80 per hour, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
